Make yourself comfortable

A view of Fletcher Marron's office for in-person counseling and therapy that shows a green loveseat across from a matching green chair with rust-colored pillows. There is floral artwork on the wall, a decorative rug on the floor, and mugs for tea.
A closeup of artwork depicting a dark-skinned girl wearing a red top and purple headscarf surrounded by doves. The art says "No one is free until everyone is free."

In recognition of Indigenous Land

My office is located in the heart of Southeast Portland, Oregon in Multnomah County. I honor and acknowledge the Indigenous peoples whose traditional and ancestral homeland this space occupies: The Multnomah, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Tumwater, Watlala bands of the Chinook, the Tualatin Kalapuya, and many other Indigenous nations of the Columbia River.

It is important to acknowledge the ancestors of this special part of the world and recognize that I am able to live and practice here because of the sacrifices forced upon them. It is my hope that by acknowledging these communities and offering myself in service, I can honor their legacy, their lives, and their descendants.
